The purpose of this 5 minute lesson is to active the students’ memory of common words, review countable and non-countable nouns and stimulate creative thinking. Oh, one more thing. Let’s have some fun by watching a really interesting short video.

Are words powerful? Of course they are but I wonder if my students know that.
I encourage my ESL students to improve and expand their vocabulary. That’s why I prepare vocabulary worksheets and puzzles, like this one. Knowing more words can help their writing and speaking skills. That is obvious. But sometimes the message is easy but getting the idea to stick is hard.
Maybe this ESL video lesson can help motivate my students. It shows the power of words. And the power of ideas which can be expressed in a different way. Enjoy.
